        • QR code voucher for eSIM activation will be sent to your registered email within 48 hours after your booking is confirmed.
        • Compatible with SIM-free devices.
        • Only devices that support eSIM can be used. To check if your device is compatible, dial *#06# — if an EID number is displayed, your device supports eSIM.
        • The QR code will be sent via email. Do not scan it directly with the camera; instead, go to Settings → Add eSIM to scan it.
        • Ensure a stable internet connection during setup; pre-departure setup is strongly recommended. Avoid free airport Wi-Fi.
        • Do not cancel during activation.
        • If “Not Activated” appears, follow the manual setup steps in the eSIM Setup Guide.
        • Before departure, device status should show “Activating” or “Activation Complete.” After arrival, enable the registered eSIM and data roaming if needed.
        • Setup will complete automatically once connected to a local network. If status shows “Off,” turn it on manually.
        • After arrival, restart your device in network coverage and enable data roaming.
        • Each QR code can only be used once.
        • Do not delete the eSIM during setup; deleted eSIMs cannot be reissued or refunded.
        • The QR code voucher for eSIM activation will be sent to your registered email within 48 hours by Sanpu Travel Service after your booking is confirmed.
